Dear Jeff Davis,

Dear Jeff Davis,

We need answers!

The Teen Wolf finale was insane. The first season proved to be this summer's best show. And I'm confident in saying that the second season will be better than the first. And that is big shoes to fill.

So now, how can you make us wait until June of 2012 to get answers? You're killing us Mr. Davis. But with that said, the following 10 questions were gathered from your "fangs" (fans+well, you get it) in what I would like to call the "Great Debate". I've been up the past three days searching blogs, fansites, forums, and Twitter pages for perplexing thoughts on your show. And here's what I've elected as the best of the bunch:

1. What is Lydia?

For a while, the rumors surrounding Lydia was that she could possibly be the Alpha. And there's no reason why she couldn't be (since you've already let us know that we've seen more than one Alpha) but I have a feeling she is of some other supernatural form. This is obvious, but will we get a precise answer as to what she is? Because you left us hanging when it came to the following person...

2. What is the vet?

I mean, for the love of God, will we ever really know what Scott's boss is? He was another Alpha contender and once again, he may be an Alpha. But would an Alpha have magic fairy dust in his possession? Because it seemed that it prevented Uncle Peter from getting past the counter. So wouldn't it have affected him as well?

3. Is Jackson dead or turned?

I'll admit it: my favorite thing about you is that you understand the true meaning of a cliffhanger. It's never melodramatic, it's always just the right amount of suspense that leads the viewer's jaw on the floor. You've done that successfully with every episode of Season 1. But the biggest head-turner had to be Jackson's plea to Derek towards the end of the finale. It left everyone scratching their heads. Will Jackson be a thing of the past or will he be a part of the pack?

4. Who were the Argent's talking about at the end of the finale?

Please tell me that there aren't some hunters scarier than the Argents? Please tell me that they are the highest family in the hunting world and that nobody can come in and have them shaking in their boots?

5. Is the relationship between Allison and Scott going to become more difficult or get easier now that she knows his secret?

We needed that moment. We needed that scene that ended this season, in which Allison and Scott are cozy on her rooftop. After everything that happened right before (her seeing her aunt killed and him risking his life to save her), you would think that they'd take a vacation. But no, they were just young and in love. Will it stay this sweet once season 2 starts? Or can we expect a bumpy road now that Juliet's family has discovered Romeo for what he really is?

6. What is the status of Derek and Scott's relationship?

Derek and Scott are what I'd call "It's Complicated" on Facebook. Their journey this season had it's hiccups but all hope was alive when they both got on the same page about the Alpha's intentions. It was the moment I saw true camaraderie between them. And then, you hit us with it. It took thirty seconds for that moment to die. Will they ever be able to get back to that?

7. Now that Derek is the Alpha, is he evil?

I never thought we'd see it, but Derek actually smiled. Even though it happened the moment he became the Alpha, it was still a legit smile. But his glowing red eyes has me believing that he's not the same Derek that we've all grown to love. Has he turned completely maniacal now that he has the ultimate power?

8. What can we expect from Stiles in Season 2? Will he ever eventually become a werewolf?

This is a two-part question that is essentially one question. The Alpha stated that Stiles did want the bite, but he obviously did not take it. Is there any chance of Stiles ever becoming like his friend? And is that what we can expect from him next season? Or will he still be Robin to Scott's Batman (meaning having no specific powers other than being an awesome sidekick)?

9. Before the show started, you were quoted saying that vampires would not be involved. But will witches be introduced?

I have a theory: Lydia is a witch and the vet is a warlock. Now is there any backing behind my theory? No, not necessarily. But I know that witches are powerful supernaturals that hold a balance between the werewolfs, vampires, fairies, etc. And I have a feeling that Season 2 will be the season of hunters, werewolves, and witches. Does my theory have any validity?

10. Who is/are the other Alpha(s)?

You teased this in the very beginning but there have "allegedly" been more than one Alpha introduced already. Will they be identified?

I hope I didn't overstep my boundaries but these questions are the ones we need immediate answers to. Ok, maybe it's just me. But you are the man with the answers. So can you give me a hint?

My Top Werewolves

Werewolves. They are always the most grotesque of "beasts" in supernatural literature, film, photography, etc. But onscreen? They are the baddest and sexiest around. Without talking too much, here are my top werewolves:

Boo Boo Stewart
Because it is illegal for me to write about Boo Boo Stewart (in the way that I want to write about him), I will just say that he is the youngest of the pack. And I think that he has a future ahead of him. And that is the only thing I can say without getting locked up. (Call me when you turn 18!)

Wolf Sighting: The Twilight Films

Gregg Sulkin

Gregg is my boy. His English accent is flirty. His smile is contagious. And yet he still plays a wolf on TV. Why? I'll never understand. He should be playing a womanizer of some sorts. But who cares, as long as I get my daily Sulkin dose. I won't complain.

Wolf Sighting: Wizards of Waverly Place

Tyler Posey
From Maid in Manhattan to being the next big thing, Mr. Posey is all over the place. I love his range in the show. He goes from awkward teenager to menacing wolf in 0-60. He has this familiarity that I just adore. Congratulations to all your success Tyler!

Wolf Sighting: Teen Wolf

Tyler Hoechlin
Oh, hello there gorgeous. Didn't see you there.

The other Tyler is intense. He's mysterious. He's freaking good-looking. That sounds like all the ingredients for a good boyfriend. But my flirting ends here, since he won't return my tweets. I swear, I only stalk on weekdays. *SMH*

(JOKE) I don't tweet him everyday. I should though...

Wolf Sighting: Teen Wolf

Michael Trevino
He plays a Tyler, but this man is Michael. He's on this list because he holds his own amongst gorgeous vampires daily. Even though he's the main lone wolf, he gets visits from pack members periodically. But he's always the standout. Props!

Wolf Sighting: The Vampire Diaries

Taylor Kinney
Everyone's favorite Uncle was killed off before we could spell out "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious". That was wrong, real wrong. But Taylor will always be remembered for his loyalty to a woman and his concern for his nephew. Isn't that what we all want in a guy?

Wolf Sighting: The Vampire Diaries (Season 2)

Stephen Amell
Yes, he played a werewolf on like two episodes. But I don't care, Stephen is the sh.t. He has this maniacal look in his eyes that leaves you believing that he may actually be an animal. And he's easy on the eyes. And he's.... Well he's earned a spot on my list, period.

Wolf Sighting: The Vampire Diaries (Season 2)

Ian Bohen
I stole his Twitter profile picture. What? He looks great in it, you would've done the same thing. Anyway, Ian is the new face amongst wolf lovers. He also plays the baddest and most feared werewolf on TV. Why? Because he's the Alpha and everyone else are just Betas.

Wolf Sighting: Teen Wolf

Joe Manganiello
Ok. Can we all just stare at that picture for 20 seconds? What do you see? A werewolf is the correct (and only) answer accepted. Joe is what casting directors look for when they search for a werewolf. His build, his skin, his EVERYTHING is perfect.

Wolf Sighting: True Blood

Honorable Mention
Scott Speedman
If you, like myself, are not into Twilight like that, say I. Although I do respect the films for opening up a much-needed space for supernatural films and shows to breathe, I don't really care for them. On the other hand, I am a huge Underworld fan. That is my series! I loved every film and can't wait to see the 4th one come to manifest. Scott, unfortunately, won't be in this one. But he will always be my favorite "hybrid" to ever grace a screen. (Sorry Joseph Morgan, you're my number 2!)

And the Alpha is...

Last Monday, Teen Wolf revealed who the Alpha is. And we were utterly surprised at who it has been, all along. I mean, nobody was expecting it to be Uncle Hale. I'm positive that there wasn't anyone who guessed the correct answer. But nonetheless, the Alpha was revealed to be Peter Hale. Peter was badly burned and paralyzed due to the fire that killed Derek's family. And he's been exacting revenge ever since.

Ian Bohen is the perfect choice for Peter Hale. First off, he's gorgeous (which is an obvious must for a Hale family member). Secondly, he's insane in the membrane. Not in reality, but acting wise he portrays psycho well. And lastly, he's gorgeous. I mean look at that face? It doesn't seem that he should be capable of any harm. But that's the best thing about him. We wouldn't expect Mr. Bohen to be a killer but he does so (onscreen) so diligently.

Do you like the choice of making Uncle Peter the Alpha? What's your thoughts?

Fantasy Casting: The Originals

If you are not a fan of The Vampire Diaries, GFY. If you are, congratulations. You have just been given admission to see some fantasy casting of who the Originals should be. The Originals, as they are called, are the original vampire family who birthed both Elijah "Mr. Bad-Ass" and Klaus "The Hybrid".

The actors who are chosen to play the family members should have the following three vital traits/qualities: 1. Bad-assness: this is important because they were pretty much untouchable before psycho Klaus started killing them off. 2. English accent: I'm not racist but I can't imagine an Original having a Boston accent. (Just saying) 3. Attractive: Daniel Gillies. Joseph Morgan. I rest my case.

How many members were in this family? Not too sure. But my perfect number is 7, not including Mom and Dad. So let's proceed:

1. Luke Evans
YES! THERE IS A GOD! HOLY JEEBUS!

I mean, am I supposed to tell you why Luke Evans should be in the Original family? Seriously, look at him.. Is this not convincing enough? He has this intensity behind his eyes that would make anyone fear him. But on the other end of the spectrum, he's very handsome. Which makes it hard to believe that he would be kin to someone like Klaus. And I'm pretty sure that Elijah got his style advice from this gem right here. (Yes, I called him a gem. You would too!)

2. Rose Byrne
From Insidious, to Bridesmaids, to X-Men: First Class, Rose has definitely been a hot topic this year. But it's her work on Damages that gives her credibility in her acting. She can go from being weak and naive to being powerful and dangerous. I love that about her and she does it so effortlessly. I think that Rose would be a great addition to the TVD family.

3. Michael Fassbender
This name has been thrown around on TVD forums, fansites, and blogs for a few months now. And after seeing him in X-Men: First Class, I now understand the fascination. Mr. Fassbender is magical! He has all of the qualities necessary to portray an Original and his resume is impressive. He comes across as a bit arrogant (in his work, of course) but he definitely has range and I love how in depth he gets into his work (see the film Hunger for more information.)

Honestly though, I just would like to see how Klaus was able to put him in a "dormant state". Fassbender is nothing to mess with, and a showdown between him and Mr. Morgan would be epic- of all proportions.

4.
Gemma Arterton
Gemma looks like she is a delicate little flower. But trust me, she can hold her own next to Klaus and Elijah. Look at the list of action flicks she has done (Clash of the Titans, Prince of Persia, etc.) and the bad-assness is checked off. Is she attractive? Check. Now does she have the inevitable "Originals" accent? Check. What else is there to be said?

5. Taylor Kinney
OK, yes Taylor Kinney played another character on The Vampire Diaries already (RIP Uncle Mason). But who cares?! This is television, he can be brought back as another completely different character. I mean, change his hair. Give him lessons on a proper English accent. I don't know, do what needs to be done to get this beautiful face back on the screen. Kevin and Julie shall never be forgiven for killing this Adonis off as fast as they did. Give the people what they want, why don't ya!?

Now as for Mom and Dad, that's in Williamson and Plec's hands. (Wow, Williamson and Plec sounds like a TNT show.) Anyway, this fantasy casting has been fun but we all know that this won't be taken into consideration. But hey, what can I say? It's wishful thinking.
